VERTICAL BLUNGER

Blungers find wide application in the ceramic industry.

It is used for blunging and mixing of various types of ceramic bodies, particularly those having high pint weight or specific gravity. It is also used where particle size reduction is not necessary. The blunger shaft rotates at 200 rpm has horizontal arms fit with a vertical shear end plate which can be adjusted to suit different bodies. The machine is extremely efficient for preparation of sanitary ware, casting slip and tableware bodies.
